Robert Esposito, Founder and President

Robert Esposito, a graduate of Webster University in Geneva , Switzerland focused his studies on marketing and business management. Esposito quickly became the Deputy General Manager of Valorinform , S.A. , which supplied financial data to the international banking community. When Esposito moved back to the U.S. he was the V.P. of International Development and Trade for the prestigious Leader's Magazine. Having founded an international trading company in London , he decided to parlay his experience and passion into what is today Barter Luxury.

Karen Kennedy, Vice President

A graduate of Albertus Magnus College , Ms. Kennedy became a media Buyer for Mason & Madison, a business-to-business advertising agency. She then went to Switzerland where she received a graduate degree from Webster University . While in Geneva , she worked for the United Nations Earth Summit Conference. When Kennedy returned to the states, she worked in the Investment Banking department at Goldman Sachs, and then became a partner in a Seventh Avenue fashion house.
